I have full stainless hoses installed from CrazyQuiff's for main supply and return lines, fuel tank to pump, fuel pump to accumulator and accumulator to supply line. The fuel pump is installed on a new stainless bracket (again from CQ's) on the rubber bobbin mounts, as well as being inside the original foam pump holder.
Everything just seems to be a bit tight for space around the pump, and the return connection onto the tank (short length of standard rubber fuel injection hose) is very restricted for space as it comes out right above the fuel pump foam.
If anyone can get me some detailed pics of the correct original layout that would be a great help. My new CQ fuel line from pump to accumulator has failed quite significantly due to a manufacturing defect on the crimp so while this needs replaced (good job I spotted it on the drive, 5 bar fuel leak through a reasonable sized split = a significant volume of fuel spray), I want to re-do the routing of all the hoses.
Many thanks
Peter

Does spray a bit doesn't it. I remember in my youth trying to replace that pipe with some rubber fuel line and jubilee clips.
It didn't work.
I got covered in 4 star!
