The garage was a nightmare at first, I got let down by two builders and it was eventually built late Oct to mid Dec 2017, and it rained, a lot, and biblically. That's why the interior didn't get painted due to being told by SWBO to get "That ******* shipping container in front of the house shifted before Christmas!!!"
I got there in the end, 40'x 12' double block insulated walls, floor and ceiling with only one small window, remote electric roller door, 6 led strips, secure plastic side access door, 2 led  security lights, 32 amp electric, 16 inside power sockets and 4 external ones. Doesn't have one outside wall rendered, my boundary neighbour, it's a longish story and she has since died and the house is now for sale with a long blockwork wall as part of the view!
I have double sockets positioned on the plain wall so battery trickle chargers can go onto a 2 cars without any long extensions. The location of these can be seen by the black trunking descending down by each car NSF wing.
It's warm and dry and my music cannot be heard outside even when cranked up, I slipped up by not plumbing internal water, then I could have moved in during domestic stress phases……
My 3 litre dehumidifier lasts about 10 days before it needs emptying, so it's fairly dry for the time of year and having a freezer in there as well.

I hope I don't get the sort of grief I got when I had a Manta. Whoa! Some of those Opel boys are touchy about Fords!

Ford's you ought to see the Chevy guys over here dis Fords…. and Ford guy's dis Chevy's….

I saw a bumper snicker that said "Yes my other car is a P.O.S. too,"

Of course they had so many Stickers on the car you had to really scan for it….. I would guess they had 500 or more as the car was covered.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.
