Help needed for my Campaign Project.

I'm currently carrying out a project on Mk1 Golf GTI Campaigns
I first started some sixteen years ago for the Campaign Register,
then due to other commitments the project was shelved.
What I require at the moment is information on 1984 registered
Mk1 GTIs. Registration numbers, colour, build number (VIN) &
registration/build dates if possible.
Also interested in details as above for 1983 cars- 17ZEW codes
(registered from 1st August 1983).
I have only eight 1984 registered cars at the moment on my list
unfortunately with not much information on them.
One of the eight was registered on the 22nd February 1984 a
black example Reg No A108 XJW, this at the moment seems to
one of the last registered Campaigns.
I would appreciate any help from Club Members with the above.

Please keep the details coming as there is about fifty or so Campaigns
registered on our Clubs Website.
