Just re-joined after a loooooong time away! So hope everyone is good out there??
I’m blaming Dano for convincing me to get the rusty lump sorted - Thanks Mate!!
Need some advice on a decent wing for the drivers side - I know VW Heritage sell ones for 82.50 but are they a nightmare to fit???
Got a decent passenger wing but need a drivers and some rear arch panels…. murder what you find when you start with a grinder!!

He informed me that all pattern parts now have to comply to insurance standard so the days of replacement parts that are more likely to fit the windscreen should be gone
Not sure if this only covers vehicles back to a certain age or all but it should mean that paying full dealer prices for panels isn't a necessity

Bit of substance is what was needed.
Seems to be the same as every thing else in the world, SHOULD be made to a certain standard but can be purchased as a cheap option without it
