Car builder recommendations

Hi all, I am currently restoring a tin top GTi. The body, paint and suspension done.

I am thinking about either selling it or paying someone to take it to the next stage which is fitting brake and fuel lines, dash, wiring and engine.
Ideally I would like it back running and driving, where I can complete it.
Can anyone recommend a good builder who knows these cars, I can travel, I am based in Bedfordshire
