You might need to find a vinyl sticker maker and see if they can reproduce a set for you?
Ive bought stickers from this company as they do a lot of VW stuff and I was impressed with the quality, might be worth see if they can reproduce some for you if you can find a local place?

I can't seem to find a decent pic of the ones on the rear quarters which is rather irritating so I can't even guess what size they would need to be.
