The rear arches have no lip now and are flush.
Thanks in advance for any input.

You'll need something along the lines of about ET55 with a 20mm spacer on the front. Assuming you're going to be running a 175 tyre on a 7" rim. This will actually give a position of ET35 which should clear the front arch ok. You might be ok with a ET50 or even ET45 wheel, but I'd stay clear of anything with a smaller ET.
Ideally you could do with a staggered set otherwise you'll be needing to run a 40mm spacer on the back to push the back wheels out enough to fill the arches.
Have a play on this thing
Alloy Wheel and Tyre Fitment Calculator. Offset, Tyre Stretch and Speedo Error | Will They Fit
Just remember that the effect of a 20mm spacer is to effectively reduce the ET/offset by 20mm. So if you find a wheel with an offset/ET of 32 works, the wheel you will need will have to have an ET of 52.
Hope that makes sense.

I actually changed from coilovers to shocks to gain inner clearance.
You may get away with an et40 on an 8 as you have no arch lips but it'll be snug,
Personally I would stagger a set of 7s on front and 8s on rear
