Fully Retsored MK1 Show Car

I've decided to sell the MK1 as it sits at the moment.

Its sold with no seats, no dash or door cards(all are sold), it also comes without the alloys pictured (although it will be rolling). Bumpers were a bit worse for ware so they aint included neither are the flag mirrors.

The list of work done is endless, every nut and bolt was replace 99% of which were VAG parts, the panels used were all VAG, The underside, inside and body were taken back to the metal, repaired or replaced where required, smoothed, primed and painted (see build pics in my thread). The was a bare shell resto, and when I say bare shell I mean it, I don't do things by halfs and I seriously went to town on this shell. The engine was rebuild with New or recon'd parts where no new ones were available before a rebuild,  I've got a stack of receipts from VW to support the above which formed part of a 25k build.

There are plenty of old VW's masquerading as show cars but this one has the potential to right up there with the best, all the hard and expensive work is done, all it needs is suspension wheels and an interior, which leaves the new owner the opportunity to really put their stamp on it and bring it back in 2011 a totally different car.

Im looking for £5000 for it as it stands which represent a serious bargain considering what I've spent on it.

Will get pictures as it stands next time im down the garage.
