Can anyone identify this seat fabric?

The driver's seat on my cabrio is a bit tatty, I'm looking to get a replacement seat or find somewhere that will do a retrim but it's so hard to find the same fabric!

In 9 months I've only seen 1 golf with the same fabric, which was being sold on ebay but I didn't want/need the whole car.

I'm thinking it would help if someone could tell me if the fabric has a name / code that I could search for.

Thanks in advance!

Nice one Dan, i've been trying to work out what i have and the spare, do they go by just the codes or do they have names as well like the rainbow etc you get in mk2's?

I have currently the KB/GC blue sport bucket interior but have a spare CL/JP Grey interior,( i call it stripey pyjamas lol) is this a rarer one or is it more year dependent does anyone know?

Don't quote me on this, but did I read somewhere it's called gazelle? that's for the centre panels though.

Iirc Dano has similar weave pattern but in golden colour.
However his is an earlier fabric.
So I am not sure if it's the colour that is referred to as gazelle.
Hope that's not confused you.

… then 6 years later I'm doing the same Google search and finally found someone with the same fabric as my seats :) I think..

Did you figure out where to get replacement fabrics for the seats?
