which camshaft

what sort of profile is the standard cam?
has anyone got a tsr 202 or 203?
any recomendations on cams?
what are the driving characteristics of your cam?

The standard cam in the 1.8 is around 260 degrees, 6 + 45 +180 =231. VW give the spec for their cams at 1mm of valve lift whereas most others give it at nil lift so you have to add on about 30 degrees to VW's figures to make a comparison. I would be interested to hear from anyone who has fitted a TSR or Kent cam.
