torque graph of GTI 1.8 DX engine?

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question that I've been wanting to find out.

With most cars that go on a rolling road they produce a torque/bhp graph of the engine. I've tried searching but haven't been able to get hold of one of these graphs for a stock mk1 golf GTI 1.8 DX engine.

Can anyone help me with this?

Cheers,

James.

Sorry to dig this up but at the moment I have a DX engine in my VW T25 campervan. What is the ideal RPM to have this engine at when trying to pull hard up hills etc? 3000 - 4500 RPM?

Also a long shot but any idea how this compares to a MK3 AGG engine in terms of torque delivery?
