Timing and Carb Setting

Hi Guys

I have a clipper that at the moment needs a tanker behind it to keep topped up with fuel. The idling is irrartic and I'm getting some pre-ignition when I turn it off. I haven't got a Haynes so I need some help on static timing marks and carb ajustment.
