Clutch Size Golf GTI Mk1 1.6 1981 5-Speed

Hi there,

I am trying to buy a clutch kit for my 1981 Golf GTI, but I am having trouble finding which is the exact diameter because they come in three sizes 210mm, 200mm and 190mm, so therefore I would like to know which one is the correct for my car.
