Banjo bolts?

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get new banjo bolts for the metering head etc?

eBay for lots u just need the sizes.

daghosesupplies on eBay do an 8v set for your metering head.

I'm just about to but HEL k-jet fuel lines from them and the banjoes. All u need to do is message them and tell them your engine i.e 8v or 16v

Cheers for that, the HEL fuel line look well nice. Want a set myself, will have to go on wish list for now!

Sorry to revive an old thread but having looked at the banjo bolts for my metering head (Bosch 0 438 100 150) it seems I need the following:

8 x M8
1 x M10
2 x M12

But does anybody know what the pitch size is? I think the 8mm is 1.0, the 10mm is 1.0 and the 12mm is 1.5 - can anybody confirm? Thanks.

I've just ordered a set of them from vw.. wasn't too much cost.. washers came to 11£ from vw lincoln also they ordered a few more..For spares . There's a set on ebay also with bolts. They came within 3 days and look a good quality part.. I've not fitted fully but have loosened the bolts in the block and tried thread fitment and washer comparison

main pump banjo - M12x1.5
fuel filter input - M14x1.5
fuel filter output - M12x1.5
metering head wur line - M12x1.5
metering head main in/out - M12x1.5
main fuel lines - M12x1.5
accumulator output - M14x1.5

i think its m12, try the m12 fuel filter pipe in the hole. if it fits its m12, if its bigger its m14, if smaller its m10 ;)

Banjo bolts?

Know its an old thread, but maybe still useful for somebody in the future…
It's also an M12x1.5 according to me.
