Which spark plugs do I need

Hi

I want to service Rolf so I've bought 15/40 quantum oil from vw and the oil filter.

However they no longer do the spark plugs or air filter. The air filter I can get from ecp but there are so many spark plugs to choose from, how do I know which ones are th right ones.

To complicate matters, my car has a 1.6 head on it I think or even a full 1.6 engine, I can't tell.

My question is which spark plugs do I need, can someone provide me with a link and are 1.5 and 1.6 spark plugs the same…?
