noisy motor after transplant [engine stood for more that 10 years] not noisy lifters!

hi
just put in my cabby a newer 1.6 engine [1987 PP code] that stood for more than 10 years
we put new oil seals, new water plange and more but didnt opened up the engine

i have a noise coming from no 4 cylinder
so i boughe new lifters

still noisy..,,
what can it be?!?!
