The cars will be on the tarmac above the D and above the childrens playground
Club house where D is
Traders to the right where the 'dogleg' kids playground is
Across the road to the right from the traders will be the visitors car park for non mk1 cars in the bottom half and some camping in the top half nearer the racecourse
To the right of the car park and all the way out right is where there is more camping space - there's loads of it!!!
There isn't electric hook up - unless you're a caravan club member, if you are then you could camp in their enclosure below D.
Toilets are situated in and around D building.

So I won't be making sure everyone is pitched in organised lines with doors facing the same way, guy ropes at the regulation 45*, airbeds pump up to 60psi and 3ft apart from the next tent….. I'll leave that to the lady in the Caravan Club!!!!
If you want to park next to your tent AND THERES room, feel free but remember that people don't want to hear the dump valve or 20t conversion at midnight!!!!!!
I thank you!!!!!

Just to clarify a couple of points.
1. THERE ISN';T ELECTRIC
Sorry that its a disappointment but when we initially looked round the racecourse the caravan club weren't camping and all that we saw were electrical hook up points.
Then when we re-visited it was pointed out that it belonged to the CC.
Very sorry for any inconveniece caused by that and there was no intention to mislead any of you.
2. If you wish to park next to your tent YOU CAN
However, if you leave room for your car and move away and someone else comes and pitches around your tent it may mean that you can't get you car back to where it was. When you pitch please bear this in mind for your whole weekends convenience.
As I said I'm not going to be going round checking that everyones lined up nice and orderly so make your camp and leave room for your cars.
I DO hope that clarifies the positon fully for you?

It's a week today and I can't wait to see the event. Hats off to everyone involved in the sleepless nights, phone calls to everyone and their dog, trips to make sure things run well and god knows what else must go into something like this…. must have been a massive task for each and every one of you. Looking forward to this like everyone else…. if you put the clock forward on the site can we be there now

Paying on the gate isn't a problem, prices stated on the show page are per car, not per person/tent etc.
