Saturday night party fancy dress!!

Right last year we did a fancy dress but only the hardcore party animals took part, the theme then was the eighties
we need suggestions for this year.
So to get you in the mood here are some of last years efforts 8O

Super Hero's?

Retro Toys…

Rocker or Rasta (dress in rocker gear or Rasta gear)

Mexican or cowboys n injuns!

50's mafia stylie for the fellas and burlesque for ze ladies!!

i know its a bit of a cop out lol, but if you just said that the sat should be fancy dress, no specific theme, then people can use anything they have from previous parties, we can get some great photos, it wont cost people money on buying new costumes, and maybe will result in more people dressing up ?

Just a suggestion

If not im with super hero's (as i have a mr incredible outfit) lol

i like the idea of a fancy dress come in what you got but if a decent theme is put forward then some effort on the home made front is always favourite to take the prizes

so keep them ideas coming.

It's at Uttoxeter race coure at the end of July…. be there or be shocked when the pics go up of just how many mk1's you can fit into a fun packed weekend  :wink:

Why then dont we gather a few more suggestions and the more senisble ones (unlike mine) could be polled and go with the majority vote although general fancy dress is a cheaper and more accessible option for everyone.   :dontknow:

I thought the cartoon characters and super heroes ideas were great.   Famous movie stars??

Now then, I still like the idea of tarts and vicars. But....... why not go for anything. Then at least every one will turn up in some thing different. Why not leave this one open to the mind????? Whats your thoughts? :dontknow:

Failng that freestyle sounds good to me because nobody really has an excuse not to bother then!!

So are we having a theme or just turning up in whatever costumes we got lieing about??

Anything goes sounds great, you will still be able to tell those who have made the most effort for if there's some kind of judging involved…

Besides, i love the idea of Cleopatra dancing with Dracula and the Lone Ranger in the background!

freestyle sounds good! However, i feel the obvious choice for all has been missed! Im thinking a Golf/Rabbit Theme!!! come in golf clothes (polo shirts trousers etc) or a Playboy bunny
