Any Mk1 Mechanics/Experts fancy fixing my cabby at AGM

As the title suggests I need an expert to fix my car please..  I'll be there from friday 3pm onwards..

Running great apart from when hot the idle fluctuates between 950 and 200 and is worse under load(ie.heaters on)

I have a similar problem!!  I'm going on the Sunday…could get a garage set up for hot idle issues

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz lol.  Get some new craic boys

might have to get a tin tip as i didnt know they didnt suffer from this problem!! :-S

my alternator needs changing too, do tin tops have those?

i had to get the aa out once about a week ago when i was told i had battery lead problems(earth) so i got new ones made up and fitted them yesterday.

fitted them last night, put the charged battery back on and drove to the girl friends. stayed there 2 hrs then got in the car, flat as a fart.   

aa out again 10.15pm last night where he told me my battery was goosed. swapped it there an then, just had to pay the £25 excess as the battery was covered by my parts and labour cover.  

get the new wheels for the car at 1pm tomorrow, they are staight on and off i go to uttoxeter
