Annual General Meeting (in the club room) - Saturday

For those of you who are PAID MEMBERS. This is your chance to meet the committee, hear what the club has achieved over the last 12 months and where we think that it will go over the next year. We will be discussing finance, membership subscription, events, the website itself and merchandise. This will be YOUR opportunity to have YOUR say and ask the burning question that's been on your mind!!!

The current committee will/ may stand for re-election and those interested in a vacant position and be nominated and seconded. If more than one person is nominated then a vote will have to take place.

We look forward to seeing you at the meeting. There may be some questions that can't be answered there and then and a reply can be made on the forum if necessary.

Andy Openshaw will be standing down as Chairman at the event after 3 years so as many people as possible are asked to attend to thank him for his efforts.

Rally Drive Out Saturday

Following the successful road rally from Billing Aquadrome, Coombe Abbey and the racecourse last year we thought that it was a good opportunity to do it all over again!!!
This year's route has been drawn up by Cabrioanna.

This year we will leave the Racecourse around 2.00pm on Saturday 7/7/12.

It MUST be stressed that this rally ISN'T a race and any drivers who do exceed the speed limit or commit Road Traffic Act offences do so at their own risk AND to other road users. The Club will not be held responsible for your actions.
KEEP THE SPEEDS DOWN AND THE DRIVER BEHIND YOU IN SIGHT PLEASE.

Evening Entertainment BBQ and Disco - Saturday Night our fantastic Saturday evening entertainment will be held in the 'club house' and will consist of a DJ,
'free style' fancy dress (come in what you like!) !) and the catering trailer will be open to provide late night food.
