Are you sure its lowered 100mm on 195/45R15s? I am certain that at around 80mm, the front wheels are level with the front arches and you need slimmer tyres than 195 to 'tuck in' to the arches. Or arch widening. Or smaller rolling diameter of the tyres.

Thanks again for the comments guys.

paul_c I got my tape measure out mate and checked the drop as the coilovers can go down 120mm and ive got about 20 - 25mm left, although i have already clipped the front arch lol.

Cheers,

The reason I ask is that I have 185/60R14 and I've found mine hits the arch with loads of thread left to lower on (12 whole threads or so). So I've wound it up to around 22 threads to avoid whacking the arch. If you adjust the camber to try tuck the top of the wheel into the arch, you merely hit the coilover spring on the other side  :( .

Having done a few quick calculations, the reason you can get lower is because your tyres are a smaller diameter! Given that the rolling diameter of your tyres is 556.5mm, and that the stock ride height of a car is 617mm at the arches, then a 100mm drop would mean your wheelarches are 517mm from the ground. Thus your tyres are tucked in 39.5mm at the top?
