Gti Spring Festival - 15th April - Santa Pod Raceway

i shall be going up on sunday morning but not in the cab but the gfs mk4 bolf so look out for it peeps  

So, just to confirm is there definately going to be a club stand then? I can't wait I hope it's going to be good weather this year, last year was so unbelievably windy!

I'm gonna be there too, hopefully in the MK1 but it's not ready yet you know how these shows just suddenly creep up on ya.

think me and dub76 will be on the club stand anyone got a skid lid i can borrow??

How many would you guestimate are on the stand for this one? what's the layout for a stand? is it like Bruntingthorpe, where a section of ground is allocated and put as many as you want in that area, and can we leave before the end of the day? if so I'm happy to park in the stand, if there's room left :mrgreen:

We have space for 15 cars. List is up to 12 now so space for 3 more if anyone wants to put their Mk1 on the stand. We will be alongside the drag strip. You can leave before the end if you want, just drive carefully! Added you to the list.

im on the list how cool is that 6 days to go and ive got no drivers seat as the missus is recovering it its ok i have a backup plan tho couple of milk crates

cant wait now really looking forward to it still undecided as to weather ill go up the strip still looking for my license  

when we turn up will we be directed to the club stand??

Try and be on the stand before 9am when the gates open. See you there!

Any condition is welcome  :wink:  Just give her a good clean. Water is on site if you need it

sparky dont worry my cabby is looking a bit worse for wear the hood is a  bit shagged and im still recovering the interior the car is sat on the drive without seats in it as we speak best pull my finger out    

i will be there in the cab tho 8)

MOT today hopefully she'll pass with flying colours, and I'll be there on the stand, showing my car off with pride  :mrgreen:
