Hi
I removed my immobiliser, really simple
Just rejoin black and red wire and black wire.
Cut off the splice from the other 2 cables that went into immobiliser box.
Now when I turn key (not crank)
The fuel pump constantly primes,
Before it used to prime for 2 seconds or so.
I seen similar posts blaming relays ect, but mine worked fine before, all iv done is rejoin 2 wires basically.
Could it be because the joins iv done are a bit crappy?
It was late, i was struggling to solder under the dash so just chocolate blocked it for now to see if it worked.
Any advice would be great
Thanks

Had another look today. The pump behaving normal now, 2 second prime on turn of key. Haven't done anything. Weird….

Solder the wires and use heat shrink to make sure you're got a good connection as you don't want it to fall.

Yes I will definitely be soldering them in properly, will solder in a secret switch somewhere, as I don't have an immobiliser anymore
