Register

Hi All
I want to put my car on the register but I need the date of manufacture….cud someone tell me where I can get the date from…..website/email/address. Its only got the first date of registration on the V5.

Terry, I e-mailed VW Germany with my VIN number and all info I had on the car and they came back to me with date of manufacture, port that it was shipped to etc.

I haven't got the e-mail address to hand - think I just got it of VW Germany web site (Think I used the museums e-mail address in the end???) Anyway, if you're stuck I'll have the address of who replied to me at home if you need it. (Or you could check my old posts coz I'm sure have posted before)

Good luck with them - they do respond quite quickly.
