I know that a photographer can have copyright on any pics he takes, though if he does not have your permission to use the pic or you didn't know he was taking it, he shouldn't really be allowed to make profit from it should he???

Bloody good photo though - be better if the whole car was in focus, but now I'm just being picky!!!
