INJECTION HOSES

i went to my local veedub dealer the other day to get prices on the braided injector linesand they told me ?150 including the cold start valve or i could spend just ?105 and get a manifold for the twin 45s that are sitting in my shed but my point is the prices of the dub parts now is getting rediculos

Not cheap, but don't think ?150 for 5 braided injection lines is that bad (they are high quality with tough banjo ends). Think ?80 for two VAG plastic front spoliers is more criminal 8O .

Not being funny, but genuine car parts are never going to be free and in terms of what people spend money on nowadays (?100+ on an item of clothing :? or ?16 for a ?4.99 VW badge on e-bay ) not exactly extortionate.

Came across this website a while ago. US company selling genuine german parts for Rabbit - assume injection lines are the same, you'd have to check? Work out a lot cheaper even with postage - prices in $.

If you want silly prices buy a toyota or mazda , ?94 genuine front brake pads , ?160 two front strut top mounts,  or mazda rx7 ,?1200 for an exhaust .Now that is crazy.
