Twin webers / dellortos - What fuel pump?

My car runs crappy when at higher revs, but perfect a lower revs, it been set up on a rolling road so i know the timing is good. I bought a new coil, not had chance to test it out yet, but want to upgrade the fueling too. At the moment its just go the standard mk2 golf driver mechanical fuel pump.

Whats the best electic fuel pump and pressure reg?

I've seen facet ones on ebay, any good?

Whats the best pressure?

Facet red top and Filter King regulator/filter.
