Standard Exhaust - Question

This might seem like a stupid question.

I have a left-hand drive MK1 GTI and need to order a new standard exhaust for it.

Is an exhaust for a LHD model any different to a RHD? (mountings etc) Just need to double check.

LHD and RHD are the same
