There is just one round headed nut and allen headed bolt at the front of the seat runner, which you could probably remove by hand.  Look under the seat and follow where the lever (for moving the seat backwards and forwards) to under the middle of the seat.  Remove that nut/bolt and you can slide the seat all the way back and out of the runner.

Probably really bad instructions, but its really easy!

That was so easy!!!  Thanks

I'm not gonna put the material in the washing machine though..  I'm scared of ripping it trying to get it on and off !

There is also the risk of it shrinking/fading it  8O

Best bet is to get a good-quality car upholstery cleaner, and follow the instructions carefully - I use Autoglym on my daily driver Audi 80's interior (a really hard-to-keep cream velour!) and it always comes up a treat

True..  so far I've used a cheap interior valey foam, that wasn't to good, so I got Vanish carpet cleaner, that has got a lot of stains out, but stinks!!  tonight I've just washed the seat down with a bowl of warm water and Bold washing powder!! :D

Its starting to look alot better, especially compared to the passenger seat which I haven't started yet..

I've never seen seats so bad in my life, they are seriously stained….!

Might get some decent stuff tomorrow, you think this Autoglym stuff is good???  This'll be a test for it !!
