Not alot……. make sure there is someone on the stand… most of the time, and organise a flyer run in the carpark to advertise the Anual  meet at Billing  8)

I don't mind getting the cars arranged into a horseshoe formation. I'll be busy on the strip in the morning (maybe I should carry some promotional signwriting on the car, for Billing's show?) but I can do this & that in the afternoon.

i can help on sunday for a bit, but i fancy the auto jumble for some bits...

i wouldnt mind helping out on sunday either the carpark run or what ever

im thinkin of cumin down on the saturday for abit

I think you'll find Ant is neutral towards horseshoes - its Claire who is allergic to them. Funny though, they're lucky for some?

Thanks for all the offers to help, We can hand over flyers to one of those that is attending both saturday and sunday. Im sure the groups on both days will all help with representing the club and promoting Billing.

I might be wrong…but I think you need to go on GTi Inters site and purchase your day/weekend ticket and select the mk1 owners club to get your club display pass posted to you.

Mine arrived on Saturday    our dog ripped the letter when it came through the letter box, but luckily didn't damage the ticket or the display pass  8O

Yes, you definitely need to purchase the tickets in advance from the show website GAMMYGOLFGTI posted above, selecting our club when you do so. This means you will receive the "club stand" pass along with your ticket, and also means that when you arrive at the entrance to the site you will be able to join the prepay lane and (in theory) get onto the club stand quicker.
