I take it I have too book in at the gti inters website? pass you guys/gals the details then, either turn up or have a nice little convoy of golfs on the day, I can only come on sunday as paintballing on Saturday.

Lookign forward too it, pick up golf on saturday, mk2 gti has found a new home with a friend so im happy!!

hi im not going to put my car on the stand.. im not 100% happy and the wheels look crap.

when its done i will.

I would like to park up at the stand on saturday but not sure if i'll be able to make it until closer to the date.

Is there a limited number of places?

Not limited spaces as we have a good relationship with the organisers of international but we need firm numbers soon, i will put you down as it will be easier to decrease numbers than increase  !!

been told I am putting it on the stand now, best source some wheels out for her.

i wonder if anyone can help me with this.

im looking to show my car at the gti bruntingthorpe show,  i wanted to enter it in the show n shine category for cars which are driven daily.

ive been on the official website and e-mailed to the link provided (twice) but had no reply.


is the show n shine full or is there another way of getting the car shown,  maybe through this club?


its a black sportline,  amazing condition for being driven daily and all standard.

The guys running it are quite busy right now, try ringing instead.

You can put your car on the club stand to show it off, but you need to sign up as a member first (link on the menu on the left)

there is no contact number on the website just an e-mail address,  do you know the number

Nah, I looked at the ticket and strip prices and decided I couldn't do both days - also the camping's on another site, not the show site - so I just looked at the list of attendees, and saw Sunday was the livlier day, and chose that. Logistically, Sunday's easier than Saturday anyway.

i'm new to the forum and as yet don't have a mk 1 but hopefully if things go well this weekend I will have one soon and also be bringing it to the show on the sunday   so meet a few of you then

can you change mine to just sunday please mate im busy on the sat with other stuff an the mrs is at work!

I can not do Sunday so i will hold the fort saturday and need a volunteer to help on Sunday (No Horse Shoes !!!)
