On my way over here from clublupo
I today laid the deposit down on my third car and my first Mk1 a 75/76 cross over LS model with full history and low mileage.
Quite frankly I'm really very excited and I just had to tell someone and who better than you lot

its running a BSS airride setup
basically I just want tidy up the bits that need doing and keep it alive
but most of all just enjoy it

yes it certainly is, they are a trick touch, just everything about the car ticks the right boxes for me

if i was you id just be pressing the air ride switches to make it go up and down! haha
how much did you pay for it in the end? i thought 5k was a wee bit pricey…..

the Airride is a nice stealth install the switches are hidden and so is the tank and compressor, the gauge sits nicely in next to the original analog clock
the final price is to never be spoken out loud
so damn chuffed with this car
my Father however was not impressed he thinks he can find a 76 golf for less than ?400
if he does, I'll make sure he gets two
