Just a little request for all you guys out there under 25 with GTI's..
Could you please email/pm me details of who you are insured with
Reason is, if i see a pattern or 1 particular company shining through I'll try and get a club discount form them and add them to our membership package/approved insurers
so if i could please have comments by PM or Email please
Well done Lawsy. Great idea.
You going for the over 40s next ??
has anyone over 40 ever been asked for more than a ?500 for insurance?!
my ?1200 was cheap… argh

I was only joking  . Cheaper insurance is the one good thing about being 40+
I have the GTI with Adrian Flux for ?150 and my Jetta with FJ for ?100. Gone are the dark days of forking out an annual premium of around the ?500 mark

dont tell them its lowered. unless its more than 50mm if they ever say ought tell them they were as close to a standard replacement product and all you could find. you'll then find the price drop alot and more insurers will be open for you. may be worth giving hic a call i'm 23 and pay ?200 to ins a heavily modified 1.5gls auto with a mk3 1.9td manual init with no no claim points and accidents declared!
