hello im new!
names Tim, im from the northwest - cheshire to be precise and have a mk1 campaign
it is in a bit of a mess at the moment, with no interior -been taken out so i could check for any rust on the floor pan as i has a water leak from the doors (no plastic membrain!!!)
thats all sorted now, and both door are water tight, while i was there i cleaned up the floor pan and have put some sealer on there to prevent any rust,
she currently doesnt start as the fuel pump seems to have packed in, so i have just ordered my self a nice new one so that should be sorted soon,
here are some pics, these are from feb 2005 when i bought the car, it is tucked away in the garage -and has been since i bought it,
hope you like it,
Tim,
mk2 1.8 Driver

i do hope to be attending some shows and meets this year, although it may be in my daily driver, -mk2 1.8 driver,
i recall some one mentioning that the reg was close a while back on the club gti forum,
i noticed that my car is already on the register, i was wondering if i am able to edit it, as it is under the old owners name,

Tim, depending on where abouts in Cheshire you are, you are
warmly invited to the monthly meet at The Wiggin Tree pub, just off the M6 at junction 27. Its dead easy it find and despite the recent grumblings on the posts, everyone is laid back and enjoys themselves.
COME UP WHEN YOU ARE MOBILE AGAIN!!!!

they are 45's (dell's) with lumpy cams, flowed head, baffled sump, all suspension sorted - ARB's, braces, lowered etc… mk3 5speed box, big brakes, should be quick enough for now!
they are speedline wheels,
