Clutch and P/S dilemmas in ABF conversion

Not been about for a while as the car has been sorn pending some work that I just haven't got around to. Starting to feel the need to give her some love again as she turned 40 in August so will be tax free on 1st Apr 2024.
So….
I'm no youngster so looking to make the drive easier and more pleasurable and considering the O2a hydraulic clutch conversion from Retrofication where the bracket is welded onto the steering column. This will completely eliminate the option of electric power steering though as can't fit both due to room.
Will the regular P/S pump that runs off the lower pulley on ABF work? I probably had the kit 10 yrs ago and cleared it. Typical. Would it work with a Corsa P/S rack?
I'm certainly keen on the hydraulic clutch as it is not that heavy but we all know it pulls through the bulk head eventually. I'm also going to change out the momo steering wheel for the original Gti one, so that should help for now.
Any suggestions, or words of wisdom from those that have done any of these mods together? What route did you take, and would you do it the same way again?
Thanks

Not sure i understand, as the corsa system is electric what pump do you need….
Ahh, poor research on my part. I thought I had read there was a Corsa option that was P/S but pump driven. Are there traditional racks that can be fitted from the Mk2 or others then, or is electric the only real option?

My worry with the Corsa electric one is that the electric drive sits on the steering rack which wont work with the hydraulic clutch from Retrofication.
More research needed.
Thank you

Are you going for elec steering then, hence bulkhead master cyl?

No it would be a bit tight fitting both on the column..I have one of those retrification master cylinder mods which i have fitted to a column to see if it was possible. I wont be using it though and i will try to fit a master cylinder on the bulk head, which i have half done before on one of my old un finished projects…
abfmk1 are you getting rid of the master cylinder on the column? Cheers
