I've also seen where the fuel separator bypass helped with a car with issues, but then later after fitting a new separator the problem does not return.
If it is down to this then it seems we have finally found why some weber randomly have this issue and some do not

That said it only started at 4500rpm so it's still way better than before. Might try a new separator, they're only a tenner or so from GSF.
