What tdi engine is this? And what power are you expecting?

Have u shortened the drive shafts? Just trying to work out what was happening on the milling machine/dividing head?

Wow, you've been busy!! Great build thread and some high quality work you've done there - even the underside pain looks like glass!!

Nice to see a TDI install for a change, looks well done and loving the seat material, very retro. Looks good on the scala alloys, will they be staying?

drive shafts needed some fitment for inner 100mm flanges and decided to do those in that way this time.

Compos will stay for now but have to look what they looks like in ready car when all the black parts are installed =)

engine is with engine code AHU from -99 seat and 02J gearbox and it is pretty much in ready to go with  242Hp/462Nm total out put. (that was the last result measured after head was ported but no adjustmens done,so now days there's better injectors and potential to take out that benefit of head porting) And last owner bit crashed that car and decided to sell it and i wanted to use parts for this one =)

 figured out that i had wrong caliber carriers so had to find new ones. =/
