With hindsight for a road car I'd maybe just replace the whole lot with new rubber.
It'll be interesting to see what other people think.
My New Year's resolutions are: 1. Stop making lists. B. Be more consistent. 7. Learn to count.

i only went for the poly beam bushes cos back in the day when i needed them it was only slightly more expensive to order a big box of bushes for everything than it would cost for a pair of rubber beam bushes. sod that says I
I sold on all the other bushes in the kit separately and almost made my money back. for the engine mounts solid front, new diesel rubber rear and good original sides was perfect compromise keeping engine movement to a minimum but no harsh vibrations thru the cabin.
poly wishbone bushes would be ok too, but i got a bargain pairt of new wishbones with rubbers included so used those. the kit didnt include roll bar bushes so i used the originals, again polys be fin e for those too
