No reverse?

Hi. Finally got the clutch working in my mk1, with an 02a gearbox. 
But I can't select reverse, the thing is, it was working before I fitted the Audi TT shifter on the tower;

But not sure what I've done? I'm pretty sure I put it back to how it was. 
Any idea on how to resolve this?

So I followed a video on YouTube on how to set up the gears but no luck. I put it in reverse and I get first gear. I havent got second gear I don't think, but have 3rd, 4th and 5th. Any ideas?  Cheers 

not sure which guide you used but the way you do it is push the lock rings up on both cable ends so they are free to adjust, at the gearstick end drop a pin thru the 2 holes in stick and shifter housing to lock the stick, then wiggle the selector at the gearbox end to centre it. release the 2 lock rings and that should be it sorted
