VDO Oil Temp Sensor

Does anyone know where I can get an Oil Temp sensor (Blue Collar) for my VDO Gauges?
I think Part number is 049 919 563 A

I am sure they quoted me over £20 for one!! will a white collar do the same job?

isn't the white one 0-180? would that not be suitable then as the VDO reads 60-170?

No u will need a 60-170 rating lol

basically it depends on your VDO gauge. VW ones need white sensors, audi ones need blue ones. so its either spend a bit at audi or hunt for 2nd hand. blue one is 049919563b, 18+VAT. which really, is quite cheap for a new genuine temp sensor
