Fog light switch light. Pics

This is the last thing I need to do on the electrics of the car before I can look at MOT. I've had a look on forum can't find a thread that pin points the answer

I have fog lights working but all I can't get to work is the actual light on the switch that should light on the first click. 

I've phoned up a MOT station and they said I need some sort of light or warning system to say they are on.

missing the earth to pin 31 thats why. also you want dash lighting wire to 58e (blue/grey)
