Brake Force Regulator

Hello All,

As above, Brake Force Regulators; Are they needed when going to a Disk Brake'd rear setup ?

Not sure I've ever come across them in any build threads etc… just after opinions on a £150+ outlay …

yes they are, you either need the mk1 tintop lever operated type which is mounted under the car near the rear beam, or the later cab/rocco type which is mounted to the master cylinder as per the link above

Ah ok, makes sense now.

Mines a GTI so has the lever type next to the beam.
