GTI Plastic arches and 5spd linkage parts

Hey-I'm after a few bits, hopefully someone here has them.

A set of plastic GTi arches-don't have to be OEM, just a decent fit and in good condition.

I need a couple of 5 speed gear linkage parts.
These bits-

The plastic disc that sits under gear lever boot:


Just the actual arm bit in this pic, not the bracket:


I am in Welwyn Garden City local would be good but I am willing to pay postage/meet etc

I think I have the gear bits. Let me know if you still need them. (Have the arches too, but you can't have them )
