image.png The time has come to sell my Series 1 20vt Show Car to fund another project.
Featured / cover car in Golf+ and has won a fair few trophies at shows over the years.
1978 T reg, will come with 12 months MOT as booked in for next week.
Interior ;
Porsche tombstones with optional extra crest embossed into the headrests.
Cabriolet leather rear seats.
Series 1 GTI dash with all gauges, speedo and rev counters working.
Momo prototipro steering wheel with Porsche crest horn push.
Original parcel shelf and supports.
Series 1 GTI door cards.
Porsche emblem glove box catch.
MK4 Golf brake and clutch pedals.
Exterior ;
Stainless steel polished bumpers.
Clear glass all round.
Painted anthracite blue LC7V.
Porsche script polished door handles.
Chrome flag mirrors.
Series one chrome and black side trims.
Polished sill trims.
All red rear lights.
Chrome grill.
Smoked front indicators.
Crosshair headlights.
Small front splitter.
Chrome door locks.
Wheels ;
BBS RS 16" 5x112 . Rear 8x16 ET35 with 15mm adaptor, front 7x16 ET35 with a 20mm adaptor.
Tyres rear 195/40/16 Dunlop SP, front 165/45/16 Nankang NS2.
Engine ;
AGU 1.8t with a KO3s turbo running 180bhp. I also have some bigger injectors if you want to map it up to more power.
Omex 600 management.
Extended and hidden wiring loom.
Custom alloy top fill radiator with twin fans.
Custom stainless steel (polished) intercooler pipework.
Front mount intercooler (alloy).
02A G60 gearbox (just been rebuilt with new bearings and seals).
Gearbox powder coated satin black.
Engine mounts, drive shafts and a lot of engine components also powder coated satin black.
Rocker cover and inlet manifold mirror polished.
Shallow sump.
Battery and washer bottle relocated to the boot.
Engine number changed on the logbook with correct engine number and size.
Stainless steel exhaust.
Hydraulic clutch with motorbike reservoir.
Engine bay all smoothed and scuttle panel removed.
Running Gear ;
All bushes replaced with poly bushes.
Zinc dipped rear beam.
Eibach anti roll bar.
New rear drum set up.
Satin black front hubs.
Drilled and grooved discs with Pagid fast road pads.
Hot tuning coilovers.
Stainless steel filler neck.
Bosch 044 fuel pump.
New wishbone arms.
MK4 Golf brake server.
