My Project needs a kick up the ass.

Hey guys due to takeing a job in London and a new baby on it's way very soon.  my mk1 has been put firmly on the back burner. It's mid way through a BAM conversion engin gander box are in but that's as far as I got. I'm looking to be pointed in the direction of someone who can finish her for me or it will never get done. Any help would be great.

I kinda know the feeling, I moved to London 4 years ago and only just got the golf back on the road down here.

We're doing a London meet in whetstone tomorrow night if you're interested, I know smudger has a 20v he's doing at the mo, and he 'may' be there to have a chat with?

Smudger

Thanks lads unfortunately I've got no wheels down here as I travel down on the train each week. I don't suppose rolling up on a Borris bike will cut it. I'll be well up for the London meets in the future I'll be traveling in my car soon in prep for the IM IN LABOUR! Call. It's not a mk1 though it's a mk5.

Lol we'd have to reverse into each other. It's the tsi 170 I only got it a month ago so still geting used to It. 5 door baby carriage.

No I'm staying put I love home too much. I'll only consider a move if I get a job over seas. But I'll be down this way for a little while yet. Where in LDN do you guys meet?

Hey mate, not sure if smudger is around this weekend, it's the annual gathering so most people will be in Uttoxeter!

Hey Chambo I will be around this weekend on and off. I am working some of the time and therefore can't make the AGM along with the fact it's my daughters birthday party Sunday.

The plan at the moment is to spend some time on the car on Saturday with Nosmonkey .

Sweet I'm gutted I couldn't go to the agm I'm working the grave yard shift till Tuesday morning. Then I get to miss Vwnw at Tatton park next weekend because of work. I'll pm you my number pal.
