Amazing set up

Love this car, the set up reminds me of the Talbot Lotus' used in WRC. I can't get over how spot on (well, per my taste anyway) this car is. I'd have to say congrats on the most impressive Golf of this gen ever.

It is impressive. I saw it at Inters a few years back.

It appears with several wheel types, but the gold centered Panasports (or compomotive as it seems) really work. 

I used to have a poster of this MK1 on my garage wall, absolute stunner. Would love to see it in person at some point.

I didn't get if these pics were recent at all but Hairyarse said it was a few years back that he saw it. So this car is likely still about…unfortunately cars of this level of prep tend to have slightly less life expectancy than less modified ones so things can go catastrophically wrong making them disappear from the public eye. Having said that, it is to the builders credit that it was road legal…MOT time had to be a scary prospect.
